Meet your first project

Projects are where you organize your data in Dovetail and transform research into insights. They are a database that contain your related notes, tags, highlights, and insights.

Projects can represent discrete research projects or represent ongoing processes. Projects can also house existing research, so it's always on hand and able to be referenced by your team.

• To create a project, navigate to the Projects page.

• From the Create new button, you can open a blank project or start from one of our community templates.
